Customer: Yes, I´m looking for a present for my Mum. 
Shop assistant: Does she like reading?
Customer: Yes, she does. She loves reading historical books. 
Shop assistant: Ah, we have lots of historical books. Let me show you.
Customer: Thank you. Can I have this one?
Shop assistant: Yes, of course. It´s really good.
Customer: How much is it?
Shop assistant: It´s twenty euros, seventy- five cents. 
Customer: Here you are!
Shop assistant: Thank you! Have a great day!
Customer: Bye!

At the baker´s

Shop assistant: Good morning!
Customer: Good morning! Do you sell pizzas?
Shop assistant: I´m sorry, we don´t sell pizzas.
Customer: Oh, Ok. Well, can I have some brown bread, please?
Shop assistant: Yes. Anything else?
Customer: Oh, and can I have a chocolate cake too?
Shop assistant: Yes, of course.
Customer: How much is it?
Shop assistant: It´s three euros, fifty cents, please.
